As Campus Pastor of CrossPoint Great Bend, Rick works with an awesome group of leaders who allow God to use them to build His kingdom. He became Executive Pastor in 2008 and moved into Campus Pastor in 2009 when Great Bend became part of the CrossPoint Faith Community. Rick enjoys allowing God to work through him to lead His church and looks forward to seeing what God has planned for CrossPoint Great Bend. Rick grew up in Great Bend and has been married to my beautiful wife Kathy for the past 23 years. They have three children named Jodi, Kody and Randa and two grandchildren named Trevon and Rayshaun. Rick enjoys watching football and his favorite teams are the KU Jayhawks & the Kansas City Chiefs.
Rick invites you to come see what God is doing at CrossPoint Great Bend. “A Place Where People Find Purpose”

Randy started as youth pastor at the church in 2007 prior to it becoming an established campus of CrossPoint. The merge with CrossPoint was an exciting event for him as he saw how God had prepared him with; and then returned him to, what has been his church family for many years. Randy's family was one of many who founded Agape Southern Baptist Church (now CrossPoint) and was under the tutelage of Andy Addis as his youth pastor while at Agape.
He now has his own continuously growing family of 7 (which co-workers joke equals 32 if you add the teens in the youth group). His wife; Sheri, is currently the children's pastor, and they have 5 children; Secily 12; Cameri 11; Anthony 9; and (the double-k twins) Keldon and Keiden 6. He is bi-vocational and is currently a full time college student working on an associates in Religion and Graphic Design. He has become an adult but has not yet fully matured enough to be allowed out of the youth group. His hobbies include videography, photography, art, drawing, painting, playing guitar or bass in various local rock bands and the church worship band, watching movies, playing video games, and playing the stereo a little too loud. He loves reading; especially comic books, but no text books please. God has given him a passion for extreme sports and has led him to start a ministry in Great Bend called Skate Church; which has helped build relationships with a confused and hurting generation of teens in our community that thrive on skateboarding.
CrossPoint Great Bends youth ministry is titled thr3elements YOUth with Matthew 22:37-39 being our foundational verse and these thr3elements being found within those verses: God-Others-You.
