CrossFire Youth Ministries Summer Schedule change
To whom it may concern:
We will no longer be having youth group on Wednesday nights due to summer Scheduling. The Summer schedule is as follows.
June 3rd, 10th, 17th we will be at the Venue from 6:30-8:30. (No Youth group on June 17th due to father's day)
July 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th We will be at Venue 6:30-8:30.
All other summer activities will be announced on Sunday nights during the summer and posted on the Youth group web page and FB page at least a week in advance. If you have questions about Super Summer the info. is on both sites below as well as my blog on our churches website. Forms and money are due by May 13th. You can print Super Summer forms off for weeks 1 & 3 @ www.justforyouth.com

Youth Schedule for April and May.
April 15th – Youth Small groups at Westbrook Campus, 6:30-8:30 (Youth Band leading worship)
**April 18th(Wednesday)–youth band leading worship at SURGE all Youth invited to Westbrook 7-8pm
April 22nd – Youth Small groups at Westbrook Campus, 6:30-8:30pm.
**April 25th - (Wednesday)–Youth Combined with Adults for Baton Ceremony at Westbrook 7-8pm.
April 29th – Youth Small groups at Westbrook Campus, 6:30-8:30pm.
May 2nd - (Wednesday) – CrossFire youth meets at Venue, 6:30-8:30pm.
May 6th – Final Youth Small groups B4 summer break
May 9th – CrossFire at the park - cookout games and Message at the park behind the Venue 6:30-8:30, Parents are encouraged to come.
May 16th – Tentative CrossFire at Carey Park...?

Super Summer
To whom it may concern:
We are dividing High school and Jr. High camps this year due to the large amount of youth that attended last year. We will be needing more sponsors than usual this year so parents please consider joining us as a sponsor(sponsors are paid for by the church) HS - is scheduled for June 25-29. Jr. High is set for July 9-13. The cost is $160 and forms will be available at both Westbrook & Venue 302 campuses as well as at www.justforyouth.com. Service Project

Webster Work Trip
To whom it may concern:
The Youth group is planning on doing our annual Service project Trip to Webster conference center in Salina during Spring break this year March 28-30. We need parents to come as sponsors this year so please consider helping. We will meet at the Westbrook Campus at 10:00am on the 28th and be back around 3pm on Friday the 30th. The Cost is $20 per student, sponsors are paid for. This is a manual labor trip you will work hard and get dirty. All those attending will be expected to work if you refuse to work you will be sent home. We will be working to make improvements and get the grounds ready for Super Summer. You will need to bring: sleeping bag, pillow, shower stuff, weather appropriate work clothes, work shoes, work gloves, play clothes and gym shoes, air soft is also encouraged. If you have any questions about what else you are allowed to bring please call me. The medical release form and money are due by Sunday the 25th. Parents please call me if you are even remotely interested in attending.
